HagaBlue was 65% vacant at acquisition and such leasing potential suits Mengus perfectly. The property was fully let in less than two years to a number of strong tenants including Diskrimineringsombudsmannen, Risenta and Thermo-Calc Software.

Constructed in 2002 by Skanska and comprising 10,200 sqm lettable area, HagaBlue offers high-quality premises with outstanding specifications and architectural appeal. Refurbishments by Mengus further increased the attractiveness of the property. HagaBlue offered large open floor plates with high floor-to-ceiling heights. Moreover, the office premises became modern, light and flexible with striking light transmission provided by large windows and open-air terraces.

The property is attractively located in Haga Norra, Solna, next to the E4 motorway. Haga Norra is rapidly developing into one of the most vibrant business areas in Stockholm and a new subway line is coming to the sub-market in a few years which will further strengthen the offering to the tenants.

HagaBlue was divested fully-let to DNB Scandinavian Property Fund in January 2018.
