The 6,000 sqm medium-sized SthlmHUB was erected in 1967 and was at acquisition in much need of refurbishment. As the building was to become completely vacant, a complete refurbishment, combining elegant exteriors with modern interiors and office spaces, could be conducted by Mengus in 2016 when also lettable space was increased by 500 sqm.

The property maintains a prime CBD location on Vasagatan, with striking views facing Stockholm Central Station, Riddarfjärden and Stockholm City Hall. The vibrant neighborhood offers an outstanding supply of commercial services, restaurants and transportation in the immediate vicinity. Stockholm’s main communications hub is located only steps away, thus providing swift access to all means of public transportation.

SthlmHUB was divested to Union Investment in June 2017. The upgraded and repositioned property was at divestment fully let to well-reputed tenants like Daniel Wellington, Cerner and Meritmind.
