The Core Stockholm property retains a first-class location in the centre of CBD. The building had at the time of acquisition a good structural layout, facilitating open floor plan offices enabling rational utilisation of space. Upon acquisition, the property was however partly vacant as regards both office and ground floor retail premises.

The technical status of the property was good when acquired by Mengus. Refurbishment measures could thus focus on an upgrade and general modernisation of the entrance and other common areas as well as tenant adoptions on let space.

Core Stockholm was rapidly improved and leased and was then divested already in August 2012 to KE Partners..
