HagaBlue was the final investment of Mengus 2011 and a great contribution to the portfolio. The property was 65% vacant at acquisition and such leasing potential suits Mengus perfectly. The property was fully let in less than two years to a number of strong tenants including Diskrimineringsombudsmannen, Risenta and Thermo-Calc Software.
