Mengus 2019

Launched in 2019, the Mengus 2019 fund focuses on office properties in Stockholm with value-add potential. The Solna Spot property was acquired partly vacant and with deferred maintenance in 2020. OP5, a complete development project in CBD, was purchased in 2022. In 2024, the partly vacant but modern Gustav 3 asset was bought.

Mengus 2016

Launched in 2016, Mengus 2016 is a group that focuses on commercial real estate in the Stockholm area. In 2016 the group made a large investment in the office property Solna Haga 2:8 comprising some 50,000 sqm and approximately 260,000 sqm land with a unique Stockholm City fringe location in Solna Haga and attractive park and lake surroundings. The property offers light, flexible and efficient office space and a wide range of service facilities which the modern tenants of today seek.

Mengus 2011

Launched in 2011, the fund Mengus 2011 has divested all its assets with top-tier returns. The fund focused on office properties in Stockholm with value-add potential. Mengus 2011 invested, with leverage, its SEK 860 million in capital commitments from institutional investors in four office properties with refurbishment needs and weak tenancy situations located in the City of Stockholm and in Solna.

Mengus 2005

Launched in 2005, the fund Mengus 2005 has divested all its assets with top-tier returns. The fund focused on office properties in Stockholm with value-add potential. Mengus 2005 invested, with leverage, its SEK 660 million in capital commitments from institutional investors in four partly vacant office properties with refurbishment needs and weak tenancy situations located in Solna and the City of Stockholm.
